You all have heard of Topshop, haven't you? It's essentially England's version of Target. (I know, I am already in love with them, too.) Topshop has been dressing the normal English woman for years. Well, they realized that those same women needed stuff for their faces, too. Enter their relatively new beauty line! Beauty magazines are RAVING about their stuff. I have yet to read a single bad review about any of it. The top rated item is definitely their lip polish. In fantastic shades like "Rhubarb" and "Cherry Picker", they are perfect for summer and can be worn as sheer or as intense as you would like. They can also double as a cheek color in a pinch.
